Would suit someone fairly organised who likes some interaction but generally needs quiet clean space to unwind and retreat.

To share with one flatmate who has lived here some years is respectful and values a cozy, peaceful home. Often busy but I'm up for a friendly chat and a meal when it's convenient for both. My workplace supports vulnerable adults so I have the DBS security certificate.

Room has good storage space, double bed and sofa. Enough space to add a desk.

I would prefer minimum 3/4 months to long term and can start within days. I give written contract. Bills included. Price adjusted down for M-Fri.
