After a lovely year together, my sweet housemate is moving and I’m looking for someone to take her room!

Small double room with built in wardrobe in a cute two-bedroom house with garden. Although the room is small, the wardrobe is deceptively capacious and there’s plenty of under-bed storage and space for a chest of drawers. Well-sized living room / dining area, with separate kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer included). There’s a closet with heated drying rack for air drying clothes fast in the cold months! The garden is astroturf - so nice and low-maintenance - and gets the afternoon sun, so lovely to sit out in when it gets warmer. We also have a BBQ! 🏡

The house is in a private, gated development, with secure parking available on site as well as bike racks. It’s only a short 10-minute walk to Oval Station (Zone 2, Northern Line) and a short 5-minute walk to Camberwell Green. Well connected to Peckham and Brixton - 30-minute walk to both or a short bus ride. 🚌

About me: I’m a 30yo freelance marketing consultant and part-time PhD student. I wfh mostly aside from some meetings and shoots. I’m a very clean and tidy housemate. Happy to do housemate hangs - sharing a meal and watching TV - but completely appreciate the need for alone time too. I love watching TV (regular favourites like Gilmore Girls or new shows like Severance) and films (frequent cinema goer!), doing pilates (I go 2-3 times a week), going to the gym, reading, seeing friends and family. 💖

You’d be living with my 9yo pooch too! Roly is a sweet, lovable cockapoo who adores people. Definitely a bonus in my opinion! 🐕
