This is a single room in our family house. We are a family of 4. We have 2 children aged 4 and 7, you have to be happy with living with a family.
The building was built 5 years ago, it is new. The room is a single room with a full high window looking to a private balcony. The mattress, bed and rest of the furnitures are new, we just bought them in IKEA.
We have an open kitchen that you can use if you need to eat at home. The flat has 2 bathrooms, one of them is for your private use.
This is a family house with 2 children. We are happy to welcome people and having meals together when it is possible. We are very happy to share our kitchen and common area.
We would like to welcome students coming to London for short period or doctors coming for a temporal observership in Kings College. We are happy to help with any search or need for new people coming to London. We speak Spanish and English at home. The room is aviable from the last week of April.
