Hello!

My flatmate is leaving at the end of the month to move back to France, so I’m looking for someone to take over her lease from early March until November 10th (with the possibility to extend).

The flat is in a great location—just a 5-minute walk from Clapham North station and a 12-minute walk from Clapham Common. It’s a super cozy, split-level apartment, and you’d be living with me, a 26-year-old Frenchie!

Since there’s only one bathroom, I’d prefer a female flatmate. I’d love to meet up beforehand to make sure we get along and can create a warm, friendly home together. 😊
