Hello! I'm moving out of London, so am seeking someone to take my room at the end of December/start of January. It's a decent sized ground floor room with a desk and window facing the garden. The house is shared with three other professionals, it's quite a quiet environment and they're all nice people.

The rent includes all bills and internet.

Location: very near Loughborough junction station, a short walk from Camberwell (13min) or Brixton (20 mins).

Dates: I can be a flexible with the move in date, but sooner than January 5th is preferred.
