I’m moving out and am looking for someone to take my room in Clapham North. It’s an extra large room with private ensuite, furnished and with a lovely outlook over a communal garden. It’s a four bedroom flat sharing with three other young professionals who have all lived in the flat for many years. There is a communal garden behind the building as well.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Clapham North station (Northern Line) and 10 mins walk from Stockwell station (Victoria line). Also about 10-15 mins walk from lovely Clapham common and all of the shops, bars and amenities of Clapham High street.

Please note: the monthly rent is currently £875 (excluding bills) but is increasing in August. Exact rent from August is still TBC but will be around £900 per month.

Will be doing viewings on set days in the next couple of weeks.

Security Deposit is £955.

Partial rent for rest of July will be required before move in, rent payable of 1st of the month after that.
