I have 2 rooms to let in a freshly refurbished flat opposite Nine Elms station (2-minute walk). These rooms are only available for a long let with a 12-month contract.

I’m looking for good tenants who can respect each other and live peacefully.
You will be sharing the flat with a male (works in finance lovely guy, super welcoming and sweet) and a male (works in health / orthopaedic ).
Both rooms are available from 1st April.
