My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for a wonderful new person to join me and my sweet pup Bob from 15th May 2025! The contract runs until 14th July 2025, but I’ll be renewing for another year – ideally looking for someone who’s excited to stay for around 15 months.
The Flat:
• Bright, modern 2-bed in Clapham North / Brixton
• Amazing location: 2 mins from a giant Tesco 🛒, close to both stations 🚇, Clapham & Brockwell Parks 🌿, and lovely yoga studios 🧘♀️
• £1170/month + approx. £170/month bills (incl. council tax, electricity, water, internet – likely to be a bit lower in summer ☀️)
• Double glazing & very well insulated – super cosy ❄️
• Bike storage 🚲 + communal garden 🌸
• Unfurnished bedroom (but my flatmate is happy to sell his furniture if you’re interested!)
• I’ve already furnished the rest of the flat with lots of love
About You:
• Earning at least £45K/year to pass the reference check 💼
• Dog lover (non-negotiable – Bob is family!) 🐶
• Clean, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces ✨
• Ideally looking for a female flatmate to build a genuine, easygoing friendship 💕
• Happy to consider a second dog if fully house-trained and dog-friendly 🐾
• WFH-friendly – you’re welcome to share my desk when I’m not using it 💻
A Bit About Me:
• I work in medical research as a data manager 🧪 & currently training to be a yoga teacher (you can be my practice buddy if you like!) 🧘
• I WFH 2-3 days/week (usually Wed & Thurs)
• Love weekend brunches ☕️, nature walks 🌲, yoga, and catching up with friends 🥂
• I’m sociable and warm, but also value downtime – hoping to find someone who feels the same
