Two fully furnished double bedrooms are available in my beautifully refurbished Victorian house on Ferndale Road, perfectly positioned between Brixton and Clapham.
Each bedroom comes with access to two private bathrooms and is bright, modern and comfortable, with excellent storage and quality furnishings.

You will also have full use of the shared living spaces, including two comfortable reception rooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, and a lovely private south-facing garden—perfect for relaxing, eating outside or enjoying the occasional summer drink.

The house has been thoughtfully refurbished to combine the character and warmth of a Victorian property with all the comforts of a modern home. It is stylish and well maintained, but it is also very much a relaxed, welcoming home rather than a show house.

Location:

The house is approximately a four-minute walk from Brixton Underground station and six minutes from Clapham North, providing excellent transport connections across London.
Both Brixton and Clapham offer a fantastic selection of cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms and supermarkets. Brockwell Park and Clapham Common are also nearby.

A little about me:

I’m Zab, 48, and I work as a senior consultant within financial services. I’m friendly, sociable and very easy-going. I enjoy travelling, keeping fit, cooking, entertaining friends and having a good conversation over a coffee or soft drink.
As a gay professional, my home is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, and people from all backgrounds are warmly welcomed.
I enjoy a friendly and sociable household where we can chat, share the occasional meal or drink and feel comfortable around one another. At the same time, I respect everyone’s privacy, independence and need for their own space. It is a calm home rather than a party house—but it certainly isn’t a silent or overly formal one either!

I have put a great deal of care into the house over the past 17 years, transforming it from four walls into a home that I genuinely love. I would therefore like to find two friendly, clean and considerate professionals who will enjoy living here and treat the house with the same care and respect.
I’m looking for people who would like to feel at home during their stay—not simply rent a room—and who would enjoy being part of a warm, relaxed and respectful household.
