Fully secured with Verisure Alarms, cameras, and window sensors. perfectly located between Clapham High Street and Brixton i have a wet room and extra toilet a garden which is lovely sunny place to enjoy. I dont mind it you wanted to have a bbq in the summer or just use it for relaxing in. I have a utility room with washing machine i have a washing line in garden if you prefer. The kitchen has gas cooker and microwave, kettle, toaster i don't mind you using please just be respectful thankyou. Ive lived here for 46 years its where my parents brought us up then me my son. So its a family home. I have a carer who comes in every day to help me with the washing up or what i need help with i have copd and some other health issues.
