I’m looking for a lodger, the postcode is SA1 6XN it’s only 15 minutes walk to the station. The rooms at the back of the house so it’s nice and quiet. There’s a small double bed with ottoman storage in there with wardrobe, cabinet , desk and bedside table. I’m looking for £650 all bills included.

I’m 35 Dietitian by trade. Welsh but have been in London for 14 years. I’m pretty easy going and open minded iv been spending my days visiting family and watching the tide come in and building flat pack furniture… not good at that bit.

There’s a front and back garden with patio and storage area(being built) 2 reception rooms both with sofas and tvs one has a dining table and the sofa can turn into a bed. New Kitchen has everything u need dishwasher and air fryer aswell, and then new bathroom with a nice big shower.
