Hi! I’m a recent Warwick grad and am now letting out my three bed student house for the academic year 2022-2023.

The property is well located near Warwick university, and Is a 5 min drive, 10 min cycle or 20 minute walk from main campus, with a bus stop 5 minute walk away with regular buses to campus.

The area is lovely and well kept. There is a co-op and a pharmacy at the end of the street, with a large sainsburys, Starbucks, McDonald’s and more just a 5 minute walk away.

The house has three double bedrooms, two upstairs and one down. There is also a kitchen, a lounge, a downstairs loo and a shared bathroom. There is plenty of storage with a large under stairs cupboard and an accessible loft. To the rear there is a large garden with a patio area and lawn, as well as access to the rear lane (only accessible to residents of the road).

The road is quiet and there is always plenty of parking available.

Rent is £85 per week not including bills but if you would rather have a price with bills included then I am open to discuss it
