Good area, walking distance from the university of Warwick, very large kitchen, good desks and very large rooms (especially the second one), there is a shed in the garden to store large items (like suitcases) (inside the shed is very clean (its not like a gardening shed)), washing machine and dryer, the place has just been furnished and in good condition, we are (you're gonna have to take my word) all very friendly, we're first years studying at university of warwick :)
