I'm looking for a current University of Warwick Postgraduate Student to take over my tenancy at the University of Warwick Cryfield Townhouses (On-Campus Accomodation) 6-Bed Townhouse.

Room has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, desk, table, chair, lamp, wardrobe and features a large window by the bed. Living room/kitchen is shared with 5 other postgraduate students and has an in-unit washer/dryer, tv, sofas and all other kitchen amenities.

The accommodation also has a bookable cinema room, common area, dance studio, music room. No application fee, deposit payment or guarantor required. 5 min walk to Central Campus and all bus stops.

Available from start July- mid September. Only Warwick PGT/PGR students eligible.
