Hi there,

I finished my Warwick degree last month and I’m hanging around for some more study time at Ulaw. I’ve got a spare room in my two-bed on Tile Hill Lane, CV4 9DS. Search “Miss Alter Ego” on Google Maps and you’ll land right outside.

Rent totals £950, so it’s £475 each per month, bills extra. The lease is twelve months at the moment, but the landlord’s happy to tweak it anywhere from six to eighteen.
