One room available in leamington spa, the room comes with a single bed, a roof window, a desk, desk chair and wardrobe. The other flatmates are lovely but unfortunately I have decided not to continue at the university of Warwick making this room available. The property has street parking and a small garden area as well as a shared open plan living room and kitchen. The location of the property is also ideal being close to many shops, restaurants and pubs as well as being a walking distance from leamington spa railway station and five minutes from a direct bus line to university campus. As I have already payed both the holding and the security deposit as well as the rent/bills for the month of September rent/bills would be beginning in the month of October with no prior charges occurring and the council providing a tax exemption to students. The rent for the room is £470 per month (£117.50 per week) and £27 per month in additional bills.
