This is an official tenancy takeover directly through iQ Student Accommodation. There is no tenancy takeover fee. The replacement tenant must meet iQ's student eligibility requirements.
I am only transferring the tenancy because I will be leaving the UK for a one-year research attachment. There are no issues with the room，flatmates, or accommodation.
