It's a friendly 6-person house, a short walk from The University of Warwick campus (~10 minutes) and close to Canley shopping centre for essentials (~5 minutes walking). The kitchen's well kitted out (dishwasher, washer/dryer, all the usual appliances), there's a garden and off-street parking, and bills-included is an option if you'd rather not deal with separate payments.
