Hey, we are a group of postgraduate medical students with 1 room available in our house in Leamington Spa.

We're looking for other mature students to share with, who are tidy, considerate and sociable.
We come from varied backgrounds and have lots of interests outside medicine!

Rent is £400 per month
Bills £30 per month

8 double bed house, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Good car parking space. 5 minute walk from town and 5 minute walk to bus stop (20 min bus journey to uni every 10 mins).
