I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat from now until the end of the academic year. Can be flexible within this time period re start and end dates.

The room is a good sized double with hanging space, a chest of drawers and a good sized desk. It’s got a lovely fireplace (not working!) and a really nice feel to it.
The house has two bathrooms both with showers. One also has a bath! Between three of us this has meant we’re never waiting for a shower!
The main kitchen area is big with a big fridge/freezer and induction hob, as well as oven/microwave/toaster/kettle/nespresso machine/air fryer.

My housemates are both lovely, friendly graduate entry medical students. Both are in final year (finals are in February) so it’s quite a quiet house as we’re all mainly studying at the moment. House vibe is chill, clean and low stress.

Because this is a sublet, it doesn’t matter whether you are a student or not. Mainly looking for someone who is going to be respectful and easy-going. Occasional pub trips and coffee very encouraged.
