Hey! I am looking for a new house mate, hoping to find the right person to share the house with. I will be a live-in landlord, living in a 3 bed house, however, one room has been made into an office (Not used, so I am happy for someone to find use for it if they need it to work).

I have a spare double furnished room to rent, a large shared living room, large kitchen with lots of storage and an enclosed garden. I am looking for either a professional or student, and ideally a new friend to welcome into the home. My house is very close to University of Warwick with easy transport links into the city centre, train stations etc. There's room for another car on the drive too and parking.

I live in a lovely area, quiet with great neighbours, a 5 minute walk to the closest pub and shops.

All bills included:
Gas, Water, Electricity, Super fast broadband, Netflix.
Council Tax Band B
