Hi! I was doing my master's at the University of Warwick but for personal reasons I have withdrawn. Therefore I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at MYAH Broad Lane CV5 7AA. It is a double room with shared facilities (bathroom and kitchen). It is about a 10 minute cycle from campus. The accommodation is for students and the people I was living with are very nice. I have already paid for the first term, so it works out to be cheaper for you - around £350 per MONTH (paid in two instalments). Feel free to get in contact with me.
