I have a lovely double room available in my welcoming, lived-in home, perfectly located in the heart of Earlsdon. The area has great transport links along with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. You’re also close to War Memorial Park and Canley Ford, which is ideal for peaceful walks and getting some fresh air.
I work full time and am looking for a friendly, respectful female housemate to share my home. I also have a very friendly cat, although she spends most of her time happily exploring outdoors.
The bedroom is next to the main bathroom, which includes a large walk-in shower and a separate freestanding bath. There’s also an additional toilet downstairs. You’ll have shared use of the living room, kitchen, and garden, making it a comfortable and relaxed place to live.
On-street parking is available. Transport links are excellent, with Coventry Station around a 15-minute walk away.
