Looking for a female replacement tenant at Mayor's Croft, CV4 8FF for the 2025/6 academic year. It is a king-sized room with shared facilities (bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and garden) in a 4-bedroom terraced house.

The room is upstairs on the first floor. It includes a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a large desk with a chair. The house also includes a washer and dryer. The accommodation is for Warwick University students only, and you would have 3 female housemates.

The rent is just £417 per month. This includes broadband and excludes bill (but bills are around just £13 per month on average!); you would pay from when you move in until the contract ends on 31st August 2026.

It is an 8-minute bike ride, 10-minute bus, or 25-minute walk to central campus! It also is 12-minute walk to Westwood campus, and a 12-minute walk to Cannon Park (where the Tesco Superstore is).
