We are a house of four looking to replace a flatmate that has recently moved out living in a nice residential area with access to the Piccadilly, Elizabeth, and Central line.
The four of us are creative professionals in/out of the house at different times of the week. We have a few shared spaces in the house including the kitchen, living room, and garden.
We’re looking for someone that doesn’t mind a bit of noise now and then, but that also has a good head on their shoulders.
The room up for rent is the attic room, meaning you’ll get your own space upstairs. It is a fairly spacious room, and easily fits a double bed.
We have a washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, and lovely personalities !
