Hi there,
I have a lovely room available in a well-proportioned, bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat, ideally suited for a professional female to share with another professional female.
We are looking for an easy-going and tidy housemate, preferably someone with a hybrid job or who works from an office. Current flatmate works hybrid and travels a lot, so you quite often you'll have the flat to yourself.
The room will be available from November as I will be returning to South Africa for 4 months. The room comes with your own bathroom featuring both a bath and shower.
The property is conveniently located with great public transport options. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the station, which provides a 20-minute commute to Clapham and 30 minutes to Waterloo. Buses to Ealing, Chiswick, Hammersmith, and Richmond are just a few minutes away from the front door. Off-street parking is available, and a large supermarket is less than 5 minutes away.
Additionally, the River Thames is less than a two-minute walk, and we are spoiled for choice with exceptional local pubs. Kew Gardens is only a 15-minute walk from the flat, which features a lovely and well-maintained communal garden.
The flat boasts 911 sqft of space, is in a safe gated development, and has been newly painted. Ample storage space is available in the bedroom. Please note that bills are not included.
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you!
Note: This is for a flatshare, not a live-in landlord.
Thanks
Chanel
