Hello! As my current flatmate leaves, I am searching a new tenant for replacing his double bedroom (with its own ensuite bathroom) in our modern residence, equipped with several amenities such as balcony, gym, bbq area, terrace and common working space. I just finished my masters at Imperial College London, work in tech and my girlfriend is a lawyer. We are a young couple, occupy one room and search someone who would like to rent the other room of our 2-bedroom apartment :)

I pay the council tax (Band D) and bills, so everything is included in the price. Open to offers nevertheless :)
