The duplex apartment has a lovely, homely atmosphere and is always tidy and clean. The rent inc all bills and cleaner.
The property has three bedrooms, but only myself and this one are occupied. The third room, which is downstairs, has been turned into a work-from-home space, or exercise/chill room. Also, the bedroom doesn't have those lovely plants or extras, these are my current housemate's who is moving out. So, it will be an empty room apart from the furniture.

If you don’t know the area too well there are incredible walks including Thames river path to Richmond, Chiswick, Kew Gardens and parks like Gunnersbury and Chiswick House & Gardens. There’s also the Brentford canal walk too.

12-14 mins walk to Kew Bridge Station (3 mins bus)

There is just myself in the flat. I'm 37 years old and work in tech, I am out at the weekends visiting my family and friends, so you would have the place to yourself sometimes too. My interests are healthy living, all sports but mainly golf, friends, family and all the fun things in life.
