I am looking for a new flatmate to join this spacious and well-maintained 2-bedroom house located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in Ealing. The property is in excellent condition throughout and offers plenty of space for comfortable living.

I'm a professional working Monday to friday very clean organised and minimalist.
The flat forniture it's all mine and I'm looking for someone to enjoy and look after the property and my forniture. I'm very easy going person working hard during the week, resting at the weekend. Looking for someone with the same vibe.
The candidate will need to send the deposit to the current flatmate and the contract will be legally update with the estate agent to add your name on it.

The room.
Double room available from 1st of july or ideally earlier. Flexible.
Currently furnished, but i am flexible and can move the furniture . The room is currently lay out as guest/working desk area. It has a single bed that become king size and has 2 large draw.
It has a large mirror wardrobe that can be moved around. The bed could be removed if needed.
All the forniture is brand new and barely used. All the forniture it's owned by me.
I'm very flexible with the room.
