We have a family house, and let out some of the bedrooms now that the children have all left home. My husband and I are easy-going people, happy to chat with whoever is around.
We have an attractive, light-filled bedroom available, with a 4'6" bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe, built-in cupboard, a chest of drawers, and a comfy chair. It is on the top floor of the house, so it is a quiet room, and there is very good WiFi, and also a TV licence. The bathroom is adjacent.

There is a large, communal kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, which backs onto the garden - is our sociable space, and my husband and I, and our longstanding lodger, David, may see you there, preparing food or eating it!

Facilities include the use of washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, and all kitchen equipment. All bills are included in the price, including council tax. The cost of a cleaner for the common parts is also included in the rent. We have a large lock-up garage for storing a bicycle if required. You are also welcome to use the garden.

We are very conveniently situated for both Kew Gardens Underground, the Mildmay Overground Line, Richmond Station and the 65 bus route. And of course, the Kew Royal Botanic Gardens is 5 minutes' away.
