A large, bright double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room is available from 14th September (flexible move-in date) in our lovely Victorian home in Strand-on-the-Green area of Chiswick.

You’ll be living with a friendly married couple in our early 30s and our small dog. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and enjoys a relaxed, easy-going home environment.

The room is a spacious loft bedroom with plenty of natural light, built-in storage, and own en-suite bathroom. You’ll also have access to our shared living spaces, including a bright kitchen and comfortable communal areas.

Location & Transport
• 5-minute walk to Kew Bridge Station
• 10-minute walk to Gunnersbury underground Station
• Easy access to central London, Richmond, and West London
• We commute into Central London (around 35 minutes) and Richmond (around 5 minutes) daily

We’re open to both:
• Full-time tenants – £1,300 pcm excluding bills
• Monday–Friday lets (rent to be discussed)
