Modern, double bedroom with an en suite available from the 15th June but can be flexible up to the 1st July, in a quiet 2 bedroom flat in the heart of South Ealing.
My flatmate is a 30 year old working professional, he works in corporate partnerships and is a clean, friendly and sociable guy.
The room is £700pcm, excluding bills with bills totalling approx. £850pcm
The local transports links are South Ealing tube station (Piccadilly line) being a 5 minute walk, Acton Town tube station (District & Piccadilly line) being a 5 minute bus journey and easy bus routes into Ealing Broadway, Kingston etc.
Local shops include a Co-op, Sainsburys, Tesco all within a 3-10 minute walk.
With the room you can fit a desk to work from and I'm flexible with bedroom furniture to remove/leave so if interested we can go into detail more on this!
Ideally, my housemate would want to live with another working professional of a similar age.
