We have a single room available in a friendly 4 bedroom house share with three professionals and are looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing flatmate to join us as our currently housemate is moving out.
The house has a shared living room, shared kitchen, two full bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) , and a lovely garden that we enjoy during the summer months. It’s a calm and tidy home rather than a party house, and everyone makes an effort to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable.
We enjoy the occasional chat, shared dinner, or trip to the pub, but we also respect each other’s independence and personal space. We’re looking for someone who values a relaxed, considerate household.

• 3-minute walk to the bus stop
• 10–15 minute walk to South Ealing and Acton Town stations
You’ll be sharing the house with three friendly professionals.
Majo (F35) works in the charity sector and enjoys cooking, baking, going to the gym, reading, and movies. She likes both quiet time and socialising and is always up for a joint dinner, a pint at the pub, a trip to the theatre, a concert, dancing salsa, or going to the cinema. She also loves travelling.
Silvia (F32) works in advertising. She’s very laid-back and happy to socialise with housemates, but also enjoys her own space. She likes quiet nights in cooking dinner and watching a film, but is always up for a pint at the pub too. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new cities.
Ahmed (M23) is a tunnel engineer. He’s easy-going and enjoys an active lifestyle, spending his free time at the gym, running, or playing football. He’s always happy to socialise with people in the house but also respects everyone’s space. He also enjoys cooking and tries to eat healthy most of the time.
We speak English at home, and between us also speak Spanish, Italian, Arabic, and some French.
Rent is £650, bills £80. So the total would be £730pcm. The deposit is £700. All paid directly to the homeowner. We all have individual contracts.
We have a cleaner every 2-3 weeks for communal areas, we contribute around £15 each.
