I'm looking for somebody to take over my tenancy ASAP. 2 bed 1 bath flat in south ealing, 10 min walk from the station (piccadilly line zone 3) or short bus journey to ealing broadway (central, elizabeth, district lines).

Right off the back of gunnersbury park - really quiet and peaceful residential area.

You will be sharing with my lovely bestie Michael (24) who is looking for a friend in his flatmate. He's very sociable but loves his own space too, making him the perfect person to share with. I can put you in contact should you wish.

The flat is fully furnished incl. the bedroom (other than the chair, desk, and mirror)

Bills and rent come to around £1000-£1100 a month (council tax, electric, wifi). there is no gas and there is 2 small water bills each year (>£100). you can discuss this in more detail with michael and i can put you in contact with him if you wish.
