This pretty property is situated on a leafy residential road with no through road access (cul-de-sac) and has a pretty manicured sunny garden. The house has one large bathroom to share & an additional toilet downstairs.

There is also an office work area separate from the bedroom if you need to use it.

You’ll be sharing the house with just one female (landlady) and two tiny, friendly dogs, Kiki and Lola. They’re affectionate, well behaved and spend most of their time snoozing, playing together and only barking briefly when someone comes to the door. If you love dogs I’m sure you’ll love them! 🐶🐶

The room comes fully furnished, with a large TV, double bed, bed sheets, pillowcases, large chest of drawers, under bed storage, full length mirror, wall shelves, coat rack, drawer/pull out desk, ergonomic padded office chair, comfy sofa/chaise lounge and lots of open hanging space for your clothes. Your room overlooks the garden, has big windows and is south facing so receives lots of natural sunlight. The room is situated at the back of the house where the tube line is but it’s not noisy - The windows are double glazed so you barely hear the train.

The house has been recently cosmetically updated and I keep it very clean and tidy. It has all the mod-cons.

I am friendly, quiet, easy to live with and easy to get along with. I ideally prefer to share my home with another professional female who is clean, tidy and who will enjoy living in a peaceful home.

My current lodger is moving out on the 1st September 2026, so the room is available from the 5th September 2026.. after a thorough clean.

Initially the contract is signed for 3 months with potential to extend.

My previous housemates ended up staying from 3 months (short lets), to (long lets) 1 year and some up to 5 years :)
