Looking for professional workers as there are referencing checks to pass. Unless you have a UK based guarantor whose monthly income is 3x the monthly rent.

In order to secure the room, you will need to pay the final months rent (the deposit) in advance whilst the referencing checks are done.

The shortest you could stay is till October 27th. I am leaving early and you would be taking the rest of my contract. So that is an option if you are looking for a short term stay.
Or if you are looking to move longer term my contract would go into non existence and you would start over with a new 1 year contract with a 6 month break clause.

The other house mates are friendly, though everyone usually keeps to themselves, and they are clean. So it’d be great if you are clean too.

The room is on the 3rd floor and you only share the top bathroom with one other person which is nice.

It comes fully furnished. There is Wi-Fi, a big tv downstairs, living room, kitchen, garden, utility room and a total of 3 bathrooms in the house.
