Looking for an easy going house share. The room is a very large double room (4m x 3.5m) that is furnished, and I am open for some furnishings to be removed.

Currently myself that lives here permanently, with one other who commutes to London and divides stays between London and this property.

The house is well maintained and tidy, so I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

We have a well maintained rear garden that is south facing. The garden has a patio with a seating area for all to enjoy.

We are located a 5-10 minute walk from reading west train station, several pubs a short walking distance away, and on the doorstep to prospect pack.
