Large single rooms on first floor of four-storey house. Both rooms have their own vanity unit, a desk and chair plus lots of storage space. The rooms are very quiet and one has a view out over the garden. There is an adjacent bathroom. Bedding and towels provided.
The house is situated on a main road into Reading with bus stops nearby and a few minutes walk to Reading West station.
A suitable tenant would be sharing the house with my husband and myself and possibly one other lodger.

The kitchen is available to use and cupboard space for food can be provided. Breakfast and evening meals can be provided on an agreed basis.
(We host Airbnb guests on an occasional basis in a garden flat, so then there are more people in the house.)
