We are a well established house share looking to fill a room due to a current housemate moving out. We are a group of young professionals looking for someone who would be a good fit for the house, preferably a recent graduate. We regularly cook together, go to the pub and plan days out (we have a car). The location is great - 5 minute walk onto the station platform, right by Aldi and right on the River Thames. Viewings will need to be at 5:30pm or later in the week or anytime on the weekend.

The room itself is a double room and is fully furnished. There are a total of 6 rooms in the house, 2 of which are en suite. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The room is on the second floor and is right next to the bathroom. Rent includes bills which also includes a cleaner once every fortnight who cleans all communal areas.
