A double room available for rent (bills included) in a Victorian terrace on a quiet cul-de-sac, a 10 minute walk from town and 20 minute walk to Reading station. Tesco Express round the corner and an easy walk to Reading West station. Room furnished with a bed with drawers underneath, a wardrobe and bedside tables.

The rest of the house consists of a living room, dining room, one shared bathroom, a little office (which I use when I work from home) and a small patio area with a table and chairs. On street permit parking available or a couple of minutes walk away for free.
