Spacious double room available in a lovely 2 bedroom terraced house.

I'm looking for a new person to take over from my current flatmate who is sadly moving to London.

The house is very spacious and has a garden and parking. The ground floor has a huge living/dining room, kitchen and a conservatory. The first floor has a big bathroom (big shower and a bath) and 2 bedrooms upstairs. You would be taking the bigger room. The furniture can stay, but you would have to buy it from the current flatmate. It would also be possible to bring your living room furniture if you have any.

The house is in a quiet but very convenient location. Town centre, train station and Caversham high street are all 10-15min walk away. There is a PureGym and an Aldi around the corner. The riverside is a 5min walk.

The rent is £775 plus bills (under £1000 including bills). The move in date is flexible (from 21 July).
It would work well for someone who is looking for a place to call home, and someone who is tidy and respectful. I currently work from home 4 days/week (in the living room because my room is small), so ideally you would be mostly office-based.

As for myself, I love the outdoors and spend most of my free time going on adventures. I also enjoy reading, cooking and an occasional binge watch. I’m happy to socialise and do things together, but also give each other space.
