I am looking for someone to take over my Premium En-Suite room at Kendrick Hall, Reading, available from 1 July onwards. The room is part of a modern, all-inclusive student flat shared with 4 students.

The private en-suite bedroom (12m²) comes fully furnished with a small double bed, desk and chair, and generous storage, making it ideal for studying and everyday living. The flat has a fully fitted shared kitchen with a hob, oven, two full-size fridge/freezers, and a breakfast bar, perfect for socialising or relaxed evenings in.
