Hi there all spareroomers! I am currently living in a two bedroom flat 4 minutes to King's Cross St. Pancras station and 6 minutes to Angel station. I am moving out with my boyfriend so we need someone for a replacement. Our neighbors are two friendly and quite professionals from Italy. One working in finance and another in hospitality management, so most of the times they spend outside. The contract will end on the 3rd of October, that's the time you will have to move out. The bills are not included but they make up 30-40 pounds extra per person per month. All the amenities are nearby. There is a regents canal, granary square to have a walk during evenings especially now when the weather is very nice. There is Chapel Market 5 minutes walk away with a huge Sainsbury's, restaurants, pubs, M&S, Waitrose, VUE Cinema. Different gyms around for your convenience.
