Hi! I am looking to transfer tenancy of my ensuite room in Camden. The room is part of the private student accommodation Unite Students St Pancras and has plenty of social spaces and amenities nearby. The transfer would be for the second term (starting mid January preferably but date is flexible). Let ends 20 June 2020. It is an easy 25 minutes walk or a 15 minute bus ride. The room is large with a desk and window with a great view facing Camden, Primrose hill is visible. The kitchen is shared with 6 respectful and friendly university students. The building staff are helpful and friendly and the kitchen is inspected and cleaned consistently. Please let me know if you have an questions or would like a viewing. Price is the same as all other Unite rooms for 41 weeks 341 pounds per week. These rooms are no longer available for this year on the Unite Students website. This is very suitable for students as there are many social common spaces. A viewing can be booked on the website in my absence during the holidays or when I return early January through directly contacting me.
