Hi,

I'm Leonie, a 24-year-old Fashion Marketing student from Austria.
I study at London College of Fashion and work 3 days a week for a fashion brand.
My current flatmate are unfortunately leaving the flat in January, which is why I'm looking for two new flatmates.

The flat:
We have a huge living room (which I'm thinking of redecorating in the new year).
A huge kitchen with dishwasher (yas!) and a washing machine.
The bathroom will be shared by all three of us and has been recently refurbished.

The location:
We are only about 3 minutes walk away from Baker Street Station, where you can take the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and Circle line
Baker Street has amazing cute cafés and restaurants as well as Marylebone High Street is very close
We have a Tesco's, a Co-op and a health food store very close to the apartment

Ideal Flatmates:
I'd love to have flatmates that I can be friends with and hang out with from time to time.
Whether it's an all girls flat or boys and girls mixed I really don't mind as long as we get along :)
