Hi, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2 bed apartment.

 The unit comes with a compact double bed, large wardrobe, under bed storage, study desk, chair. You will share the kitchen with two hobs, a fridge, a microwave/ grill, a sink and the bathroom with one other person. It is on the 7th floor and offers a beautiful open view.


The property is at an amazing location 3 minutes walk from Wembley Park Station, Metropolitan/ Jubilee Line and has a bus stop right in front of the building. It takes a mere 20 mins to get to Zone 1.



You also get access to a free gym membership, free access to swimming pool, study area, refurbished courtyard, cinema room, games area, onsite laundry and a 24/7 on site team. 
All bills are inclusive including free wifi.

The current flatmate is sweet and welcoming and always makes sure to keep both the shared areas clean at all times.


I want to sublet the studio from preferably 16 May 2024 to 19 July 2024. You can extend the contract by yourself after this throughout the summer/ the year.



The only criteria for you to qualify to be a tenant is to be full-time student.
