Hello everyone! I’m looking for a person to sublet my room while i’m abroad ☺️

In the house are living three people from Spain.

We’re looking for someone who needs a place for only 1 or 2 months, we usually make plans some times and you’ll be always welcome to join them or not and everyone respects each other privacy 😊
looking for someone clean, respectful and friendly.

Important and boring things:
-Rent is 836£ + bills (usually around 90£ each one)
- looking for someone who’s not working from home. So we’re fair with electricity etc.
- deposit its 750£ in a protected account.

The house has a big patio with bbq, a big living room with balcony, tv etc , two toilet rooms, one complete bathroom with bath and shower, a huge kitchen and a well equipped garage with washing and drying machine and a gym that you can use whenever you want!
