We are looking for someone to take over one room in our three bed flat, from July to September of this year with the possibility of extension for another year as the contract renews in September.

The flat is very spacious and modern as it has just recently been renovated. It’s in an ideal location and really well connected by bus and tube, with Warwick Avenue and Edgware Road as the nearest stations. Three minute walk to the Little Venice Canal, Supermarkets, and one minute from bus stops. Just a 10 minute bus ride to Oxford Street.

The room is furnished and available from the 15th of July. Ideally looking for a uni student, as one of us is a third year at UCL :)
