Hi!!! <3 As our lovely flatmate is sadly moving back home after graduating, we are looking for someone to take over one room, from 15th July-15th September with the possibility of extension for another year as the contract renews in September.

📍Location: It's in an ideal location, multiple buses stop right outside the flat while the closest tube stations are Warwick Avenue and Edgware Road. It's a three minute walk to the Little Venice canal, one minute walk to a large supermarket and just a ten minute bus ride to Oxford Street. Gorgeous scenery and cute cafés everywhere!

🏡 Flat details: very spacious and modern as it has just recently been renovated. It has three bedrooms, two toilets, one shower/bathtub, a modern kitchen and a large shared living room and is located on the second floor in a quiet suburban area. The room is furnished and the rent begins 15th of July, this date in non-negotiable but move-in can of course be later. Room includes wardrobe, desk and a single bed.

We are looking for:
- 20-25 year old (if staying longer than two months then preferably female)
- Since one of us is a third year UCL student, ideally a uni student :)
- Clean, organised, friendly and sociable

We are:
- Me = 22 year old female psych student going into my third year at UCL after the summer, half peruvian/half british but grew up in Germany, I love travelling, walking, pilates, gym, cooking and baking :)
- My flatmate = 25 year old male who recently graduated and is now working full-time as an architect, likes hiking, biking and cooking!
- We are both very clean and always keep the flat tidy
- We are super friendly and talkative, love dinners, binge-watching netflix and exploring London!

A reference and UK based guarantor is required (can be your university), viewings can be set up this week!
