Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from end of March/start of April, the room will be fully free from 1st April but we can be flexible give or take a few days.

The rent is fantastic compared to others in the area, bills come to around £100 a month (varying with seasons, cheaper in summer).

The room comes furnished, with bed, chest of drawers, bedside stand, wardrobe. Option for me to sell you/leave a desk chair and rug for a reasonable price.
